Kathleen Scalzi, President & Owner
Kathleen has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing within the medical industry. She began her career with Novametrix Medical Systems holding various positions ranging from Director of Customer Service for both domestic and international divisions to the corporate Director of Sales Administration in a medical equipment manufacturing environment.
Following her tenure at Novametrix, Kathleen joined SourceMedical as Director of Marketing supporting both the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Therapy divisions as well as holding a tandem position as Inside Sales Director. She subsequently served as Director of Business Development for the Surgery Division until her departure in 2013.
In July of 2013, Kathleen founded Pilot Marketing Consultants, a marketing agency designed specifically to support emerging and expanding medical equipment and technology companies in the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) industry. Pilot Marketing has partnered with several marketing and sales experts within the ASC industry with experience spanning from media relations, CRM development, graphic design, website and SEO development, and printing services to software, medical equipment, and pharmaceutical sales specialists. Future plans for Pilot Marketing include the development of a sales training division and a regulatory compliance team to support the ASC market.
